# $OA

OA is the utility token at the core of the decentralized Open Academy ecosystem. It is integrated across all key mechanisms of the platform, ranging from learning and gamification to revenue distribution, in-platform trading, and the token buyback program. In an era when knowledge is becoming a liquid asset, OA drives growth, user retention, and fair monetization, transforming education into a sustainable economy.

The token is not designed for speculation; the priority is the product and a sustainable business model, where OA enhances value for students, authors, and partners. The Token Generation Event (TGE) is planned for winter 2025–2026, after the platform foundation is established.
